eSafety Inspections (Pink Slips)

A pink slip is required for all light vehicles older than 5 years for the purposes of registration renewal within NSW. Driving an unregistered vehicle is a serious offense and making sure cars are roadworthy is a bit part of the registration system.

A pink slip is a report which proves that your car is roadworthy. If your vehicle passes our safety inspection, we’ll provide a pink slip to certify. In certain cases, your car may require some repairs before it can pass a safety check. If we find any problems with your vehicle, our mechanics will assess if any repairs are needed, and can also help carry them out.
